This website is run by Metrol Media, whose main website is metrolmedia.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean Metrol Media, whose details are at the bottom of this page. By booking a call you agree to these terms.

One consultation call of about 30 minutes with the Metrol Media team. After you pay, you choose a date and time from the booking calendar. Your call is confirmed only when your payment is received and a time is booked.

The call is a discussion of your business, your content and the Metrol Media services that may suit you. Any video production, editing, post-production or other service is agreed separately, in writing, with its own price, and is not included in the call fee. We do not promise any business result, number of leads, views or sales from the call or from any service.

The fee shown on this website is the fee charged at checkout, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. Your booking is not confirmed until the payment is successful. Please give correct details, so we can reach you.

Please be available for the call on time, in a quiet place with good network coverage, and keep your booking link to yourself. We may end or cancel a booking if details are false, or if the call is used for abuse or harassment.

You can change your time using the link in your booking confirmation, or by writing to us before the call. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains what happens if a payment goes wrong, if we cancel, or if you do not attend.

The text, design, logo and pictures on this website belong to Metrol Media or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the call is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from your use of this website or from decisions you make after the call.

Payment is handled by Razorpay and scheduling by a booking calendar. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services, which have their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay applies to your booking.
